Thing #9 Technology
This sounds really simple for people that are computer literate, but I really have never worked with pictures and digital cameras. I also continue to use the same commands on EXCEL and MICROSOFT. So for me, I took this time to compose emails and sent them with a photo attachment. I also needed to make a library pass for a teacher; I never have done this on my own. The template was alread made before by someone else. I used the drawing function. I am always being interrupted at work by students or teachers that I am unable to spend time on the computer getting better at the programs

Hi, Love your big picture! Hey, we are getting there. These pictures are a bit easier now!
Luann, I can feel your frustration I know how to take pictures using the digital camera but I still don't know how to download them onto the computer so I am also learning. I read once that you should learn something new every day and I can truly say on Wednesday afternoons I learn something new.
We are all learning something new everyday with this class which I feel is exciting and makes me not feel so old! I even know some things now that my kids were unaware of! Too bad there aren't more hours in the day to experiment with all of this new wonderful stuff that could make our jobs easier! Repetition is how I learn, so I just need to keep doing these new things over and over to get good at it. Keep on blogging!
Luann, I love your pictures! Expecially the one of your dog. Nothing warms my heart more then pictures of animals.
